Between PRs and Businesses
Information necessary to arrange and manage a booking may be shared between the PR and the relevant Business.
This may include guest details, booking details, booking status, bill information and other information necessary to complete or administer the booking.
PRs and Businesses must use information received through PRound only for legitimate purposes related to the platform and their relationship with the relevant guest.
Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party providers for services such as:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Authentication and verification
- Communications and messaging
- Analytics and performance monitoring
- Customer support
- Security and fraud prevention
These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide their services and subject to appropriate data protection obligations.

PRound may process information about guests who do not have a PRound account when a PR creates a booking on their behalf.
This information is used to facilitate and manage the booking and related activities.
PRs are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide guest information to PRound and the relevant Business.
Businesses receiving guest information through PRound are responsible for their own use of that information in accordance with applicable law.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Information transmitted between PRound applications and our systems is protected using appropriate security measures.
No electronic system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing PRound, maintaining booking and financial records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and satisfying legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is held.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate retention needs.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your PRound account and associated personal information through the account deletion option provided within PRound or through the account deletion method provided on our website.
Following a deletion request, your account may be scheduled for deletion and access may be restricted during the deletion period. Where PRound provides a cancellation period, signing back into your account before deletion is completed may cancel the request.
When deletion is completed, personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized except where certain information must reasonably be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
Information relating to completed bookings, commissions, financial records or legal obligations may therefore be retained where necessary.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the ability to:
